Cancellation Policy
At Mental Thrive, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, we have the following cancellation guidelines:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Deposits
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session or package.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
If you cancel, the deposit cannot be refunded but may be applied toward a rescheduled session if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
No‑Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur additional charges.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule.
